Have a older asg 120 (grey box), I would like to upgrade to the new box (white) as it has 2 gb of ram and a better processor? Does Sophos have a hardware exchange program?
Astaro really doesn't make much on the hardware, so there's not likely to be much of a discount, if any.
When they did the last round of "discounts" for people, it was under the old licensing model that included some of the software costs in the hardware pricing. It won't surprise you that the discounted cost became the new cost under the new licensing model. [;)]

Yeah, I don't see them offering much, if anything in terms of HW discounts .. as Bob stated, they've decoupled the hardware cost from the licensing (a pretty smart move, actually), so new hardware cost is a lot less than it used to be. Check with your partner for details.
