HA never finishes syncing

Hello.

I got a problem with my HA cluster.

I run two ASG220's with firmware 8.304 - but they just never get synced 100%.

They have been constantly syncing for like a month now - something which just isnt normal.

And because they never finish - when I install an Up2Date, our slave node becomes the master, which is a no-go in the long run as it has older hardware.

What can I do?

    I can't imagine syncing could ever take even as long as an hour.  I've seen a situation where this was caused by the Master and Slave having a different MTU for the sync interface, but that only can be fixed at the command line.  In fact, I can't think of anything that wouldn't require Support, so you should get your reseller to submit a support ticket immediately.

    Please let us know what the problem and fix were.

    Hi Frederick,

    We have the same problem here. Bob just gave us the same advice in our forum thread. In my experience there are very few pure coincidences. Looks like there may be a fundamental flaw that needs to be addressed. Please keep us informed regarding your conversation with support. I'll check back in here as well. For the record my thread that brought us to this same point is here...
