Crashes in Hyper-V VM

Hi folks,

I'm having some strange problems with my astaro 8.302 running in a hyper-v vm. 

From time to time the astaro just shuts down. I can't ping it, no webadmin etc. But the vm in the hyper-v manager is still running.

So when this problems occurs, I just can restart the vm and the problem is gone but I want to figure out the cause of this problem.

Does anyone have an idea how I can do that?

Btw, it was said 8.303 will be out later this month, but today is the last day of the month [;)]

    it's something within 8.3x.  I'm not going to go into public detail..but since for me 8.9xx has too many regressions i went back to 8.3 and hit this wall head on..so i revived the ticket..[:)]

    Well...8.303 didn't make any changes, the VM just froze again while all other VMs are still running very well. Also the Best Practize Warning with the "new driver" for the astaro vm is still there. It seems that Astaro uses old Hyper-V drivers, maybe that's a cause?

    Anyway, I did a snapshot this time so I can export the VM in a frozen state and if anybody wants to have a look at it to get the rrot cause of the freezing, i will provide a dl link from the export.
