Crashes in Hyper-V VM

Hi folks,

I'm having some strange problems with my astaro 8.302 running in a hyper-v vm. 

From time to time the astaro just shuts down. I can't ping it, no webadmin etc. But the vm in the hyper-v manager is still running.

So when this problems occurs, I just can restart the vm and the problem is gone but I want to figure out the cause of this problem.

Does anyone have an idea how I can do that?

Btw, it was said 8.303 will be out later this month, but today is the last day of the month [;)]

    Well, I also noticed that when i ran "Best Practice Analyzer" for Hyper-V, it says that not all VMs are using the latest guest additions, which is encountered for the Astaro VM.

    So for now, i flashed 8.303, which is finally out now, and hope the best....

    What is that loooong support ticket all about? Did they find anything? I spent hours going through the logs in astaro and in windows 2008 r2 but i couldn't find anything...its just like the vm is dead and nothing is logged about it, just like the powerplug is unplugged and there is no time to write anything down.

    The strange thing is, all other VMs are running without problems, and the Astaro VM also says running, but it doesn't react to anything...just like it's frozen
