Hardware Upgrade from ASG320

My License is valid until the end of 2014. I need to upgrade my hardware because the ASG320 that I currently have does not have the needed RAM to keep up with the latest released firmware. I am currently using 8.203 and usage stats are 41% RAM (2BG) and 22% Swap (1GB) at off peak times. At peak times I have notice a considerable slow down and the RAM usage goes to 80%+ and Swap over 50%. CPU actually has no problems though. When I updates to the 8.203 firmware I had to disable IPS altogether to avoid the ASG320 grinding to a halt. 

We use the Web Filtering, Firewall, IPS, Email Security, and VPN.

I am looking at either a newer ASG320 or an ASG425. I cannot find any specification on RAM for either of these. Does anyone know the specifications on the newer hardware revisions? Should I just stick with the 320 or make the jump to the 425?

    We've had continued issues at a customer site with the Astaro web proxy. Switched the customer to the Sophos VMware-based web content filter, which is so much easier for them to use, nicer interface, honestly, a much better offering. 

    Really looking forward to this Sophos-Astaro integration as we've been working with both for years.
