User Portal Read only account

Hi

I am trying to create a user who is able to view all mail logs in the user portal. Currently I have created a test account to test however this does not allow the user view any mail logs at all. The SMTP log menu appears however it is not populated. We depend send a lot of mail to clients which are automated as part of the service we provide however it would be great if some selected users were able to view all the logs

  • Why can't you just give several people the password for that user account in the Astaro?  The "Local" account doesn't need to have the same password as in AD or LDAP.

  • local account would be idea but also risky. Just not worth taking if someone gets curious with the firewall
