Update 8.103 to 8.201 failed

I just upgraded from 8.103 to 8.201 and now I cannot ping my internal interface from any workstation.  The webadmin interface is accessible at the IP address that I cannot ping but it is not showing me the whole Astaro web interface page.  I now cannot get to the internet from any workstation..

I want to restore a backup from 8.103 but it is not working.

  • Every time I try and restore from a backup it comes back to the 8.201 version
    The backup will only restore the configuration, not the "OS" version.  To go back to 8.103 you would have to follow the process in my last post.  As long as you have a usb optical drive around, the process doesn't take too long, 15-20 minutes.

    If you can log into WebAdmin from the WAN side, try disabling and then re-enabling the internal interface (Interfaces and Routing>>interfaces)and see if that helps.
