can't access webadmin

I did a fresh install of 8.102 to update to 8.201 GA but after the installation was done I couldn't access webadmin.  I set the IP of the computer to 192.168.2.1, subnet mask to 255.255.255.0, default gateway to 192.168.2.100 .  The connection times out when I try to access webadmin.  Any solutions?

    I left it 192.168.2.100 during the install.  Also when I hook up a monitor to the astaro computer it shows:

    192.168.2.100
    login: _

    any other suggestions, this is my second install to try and resolve this issue
