Entire Network Down still

I just got calls that my company web site was down. Are we out of business?

I can ping my Router comcast but not my astaro.

Anyone else having this problem. I was alway able to log in to my router.

I will go in my office on Sunday to find out wtf happened/

Any chance that there's a power failure? I don't know about your power company, but mine has a feature on its' website to show outages in near real-time.

Does your Comcast router provide remote management, so that you can log into it and try to gather some data?

Every single computer on the lan was stuck in SAFE MODE or Normal Boot

Yes, and my 525 was completely off.

Is there a updated Bios for the ASG 525 which will boot up when power is restored.

Luckily I had to take in todays beautiful weather before the next rain storms again.

back to normal again.
