We have a ASG 220 (firmware 8.103) that was installed 1 week ago. It has now happened twice where we loose all access to the internet, I cannot connect to the device using webadmin or SSH. The first time it happened we had to restart the device ourselves by unplugging the power (we tried just a power down with the switch but it didnt' work), the second time it happened it just restarted itself. We have our IT consultant looking at it now but just wanted to post something here incase someone else has had this issue before.
The unit is connected to a APC UPS so we don't think it is a power issue and the device is in an air conditioned server room so we don't think Heat is an issue either, the load on the device hasn't gone past 2 or 3 yet so I don't think that is the issue either.
When the device restarted I got an email saying it restarted but the reason was "unknown" and the load was at 1.07.
