chanage ASG220 Lic into virtual Lic?

There isn't a virtual license per se.  There's a hardware license which is for unlimited users to be used on Astaro appliances and then there's software licenses which can be used on virtual machine installs or your own hardware and are limited to specific numbers of users.

The cost of the trade-in conversion has to do with several factors including your current license version (v1 licenses are no longer available), how much time is left on your current licenses, and how many users the soft license you want to move to allows.

As this is a technical support user-to-user forum, you'd be best to discuss this with your reseller.  If there are questions that your reseller can't answer, you can contact Astaro sales at the Astaro office in Karlsruhe Germany.

There is a virtual Licence, but it is the same price as the software licence. But it is only for virtual envirmoment.

I stand corrected, thanks maygyver.  Same price point as a software license which can be used on a VM or self-provided hardware.

For now it is better to buy software licence, because it is the same price as virtual and you are able to use it on HW or as Virtual.

But price list show both. May be it is for future price changes.
