I have a customer setup with QWest DSL and an ASG110, he has been running for about a year now with now issues. My customer went on vacation and forgot to pay his Qwest bill, so upon returning his DSL service was cutoff. After a few phone calls he got his service turned back on, but had no internet connectivity from his computers. My customer instead of calling me for assistance had QWest help reset his DSL modem. Now he really has no internet. I talked my customer through setting the modem back to Full Transparent Mode but now Astaro wont reconnect to the internet. We reset the modem back to normal and configed it and plugged a computer into it to test internet connectivity, and YES he was able to get out. So changed the modem back to transparent mode and plug the ASG110 back in and noticed in the dashboard on the WAN interface that the LINK and STATE are both DOWN.?.?.?[:S] I had him change cables just in case but no change in status.
Any thoughts?
