Astaro Licensing problem

Hello,

 I have a ASG 8 in my production environment. I belive the license has expired which you can see in the snapshot i have attached. Now the issue is in the picture on the top you can see it says "Web Security HTTP/S is disabled but under HTTP/S global settings, it shows as enabled (Green LED) and the option to diable is greyed out as you can see in the picture. So can anybody help me is it diabled or enabled and if enabled how can i disable it?

    Hello guys,

    Thanks for the replies. Even now we also think the DNS might have been compromised as the site is opening fine in few locations we tested except Amsterdam and Aalsmeer so we are testing to open the website without ASG coming into picture in those malfuntioned sites like keeping 1 computer out of Astaro and connecting it to direct ISP line and see, if it still fails to open then it will be a problem from ISP side then we will talk to their local ISP over there.

     Will update you whatever information i get and come back to you for help if needed.
