Astaro Licensing problem

Hello,

 I have a ASG 8 in my production environment. I belive the license has expired which you can see in the snapshot i have attached. Now the issue is in the picture on the top you can see it says "Web Security HTTP/S is disabled but under HTTP/S global settings, it shows as enabled (Green LED) and the option to diable is greyed out as you can see in the picture. So can anybody help me is it diabled or enabled and if enabled how can i disable it?

    Hi, if this is a commercial license you should talk to your reseller and/or Astaro support.

    Hello Berry,

     To explaing you the scenario correctly. I had a license for Astaro when i had ASG 7.7 i belive then Astaro provided us free version upgrade to 8.0. So now i have license for 8 as well. Now as from the picture i attached few options says are disabled but they show as enabled (Green LED) and dont give me option to enable/disable also.. I do not want that option enabled anyways.. i just want to disable it if its enabled (again looking at Green LED) but as the enable/disable option is greyed out i can not do so. So can anybody tell me how can i change the setting?

     I hope it was not confusing but still if anyone wants more information from myside then please let me know.

    The easiest way to see if the Web Proxy is actually doing anything is to go to Logging>>View Log Files and take a look in the Content Filter Log.  If there's nothing in there, then the web proxy isn't doing anything and the green light can be safely ignored.

    I still don't know what kind of license you have.

    If it's a home license, there is currently a problem with expirations.

    Hello Scott,

     Thanks for ur reply. I checked under logs and Content filter is empty. So i assume Web proxy is disabled.. Now actually the problem i am facing because of which i strated this post is: 
     One of my client is unable to open the following website correctly. 
    HALE electronic GmbH - Unternehmen - Taxameter, Wegstreckenzähler, Abrechnungssysteme
    I am attaching 4 screen shots here.. 1 how the webiste should look when opened correctly and 3 screen shots are when my client treid to open it from 3 different systems. 1 from pc on desk. 2 from client pc on table and 3 from garage pc. 
    So we assumed if the content is blocked in Astaro then may be site is not eopening correctly. I will really appreciate if you guys can help me with this.

    The site appears to have been hacked; it's got ED & other drugs all over it.

    The referrer may be why it appears different from different computers.

    Hello Berry,

     If the site is really hacked as you are saying then why would it open normally as i had attached snapshot everywhere except in the office which is under that Astaro we have. In the office we have Astaro its opening like this otherwise in other offices its opening properly. Thats why we thought if its got anything to do with Astaro?  

     By the way did it open normally for you?

    It opens normally for me, wonder if they have some kind of DNS hijacking going on, as that is a lot of drug spam at the top.. definately not Astaro related..

    Well i am an IT admin and we have setup Astaro for that office so Astaro must prevent any hijacking or spamming in the first place right? So if the site is opening normally everywhere and not at that particular branch then it should not be a website problem but something related to Astaroevenif its a Hijacking or Spamming problem then also Astaro should prevent it.. [:)]

    Astaro can't fix the internet.

    Maybe your DNS server has been subverted.
