Wireless AP-10 loose connection

Hello 

I have a Problem with a Astaro AP-10.
Our company has several locations which are connected thru LANoverIP (formerly IPSS).
We have at all Remote locations 1-4 Wireless AP-10 from Astaro.
At our headquarters is the ASG320.

That works fine.
Now i connected a new AP at a Remote location. He connects and gets the config but it always falls out again as soon as someone connects to it.
Other AP's work fine at this Remote location.
the AP's are connected to the same switch and IPSSRouter.

The AP dosent work, but it works at our headquarters where he is "directly" connected to the ASG.

This is what I've tried with several new AP's and also at several locations.
Can you pleas help me ore give me a idea for a solution..

its the AP with the IP 192.168.136.67 in the Logfile.
I have set a filter for 192.168.136. for the log.

    What happens if you exchange places with one of the ones that works?  Does the problem follow the AP, or does it stay in the same location?

    Hi Bob

    I will check this on Monday..
    But the APs are connectet directly to the same switch.
    The AP that works whit ca.30m cable and the problem-AP whit 3m.. 

    I'd only exchanged the AP place between our headquarter and the remote location.
    The AP works fine In the headquarter. But in non of our remote-locations. But the others wich are located in the remote locations works fine..

    yes the Problem follow the AP, but only at the remote Locations.

    Based on this last experiment, I suggest you ask Astaro for a replacement.  I don't know of any configuration issue that could cause this.

    I will do this. Its only strange that three new AP's have the same problem..

    Whoa!  I thought you said it was just one.  Still, if all of the prior ones work fine, but the three new ones don't, then there's something that Astaro needs to know and to help you with.

    yes, i had communicated wihit the support. and they want to exchange the AP's and have a look on them.
    i will write back when the results are here.
