Not sure if it's right place to ask. We have an ASG220 v.6.314 which we have just renewed the Secure eMail license, our provider just provided us eMail with a Key, and mentioning the License File can be retrieve from the MyAstaro Portal.
I have registered an account, and entering the UPG-ASG2201SER-****** code, but nothing happened on screen, and there is no license shown as stated on the manual. [:S]
Can anyone please share some light on it ?
