Bad video 8.103

I have two ASG 8.103 Software Appliances installed on essentially identical hardware (PowerEdge SC420s - only the added NICs are different).  Both running video from the onboard video adapter.  

One of the ASGs (my test one) was installed hooked directly to the KVM in the server room and the video is fine.  The production ASG was installed on a workbench (upgraded/migrated from 7.x onto different hardware), and looked good on the workbench monitor, but when I moved it to the server room all I get is a grey screen in GUI mode.  If I press F2 during bootup, I just get vertical white bars that move across the screen as the info is displayed.

Is this something I can fix by ssh'ing to the server and modifying a config file?  Or do I need to open a support incident?  Otherwise, the gateway works fine, and for my personal purposes is not a big deal, but for those "emergency" times when I'm away and have to walk someone through a boot up remotely and make sure things are working, it's more of a problem.

    I was afraid you might say that.  Of course, the problem with that is that the mail quarantine is always lost when you do a "quick reinstall and restore".  Of course, this reinstall has only been up 4 days, so starting it over again on the weekend is not out of the question.  Just not the way it should have to be since this IS Linux, and resetting the video is possible.  I just don't want to do it manually and have support be upset with me - heehee.
