Roll back Firmware?

Is there any way to roll back firmware? 8.101 HTTP/S has completely screwed up our proxy settings and I need to get this solved an hour ago.

What is the easiest way to restore the backup after it comes up? USB stick and CLI? What is the command? It has been awhile since I did an install from the Smart Installer.
