Serial no. is missing

Hi Guys,

Hope you are doing well.

I have ASG 425 and I upgraded it to V 8 but when I saw the dashboard I noticed that the serial no is missing.

Could one of you help in this noting that the license is the trial one?

  • This is probably a known issue -- I know I've seen that on Version 8, on some appliances.  You say you have a trial license?  The license does not affect whether the serial number is displayed or not.  Also, the unit will run just fine without the serial number being displayed; I have a couple of customers with ASG220s that are on Version 7 which don't display the serial number in Webadmin.
