Locked out of 425 after 7.508 update

I just installed the 7.508 update this morning on our ASG 425. Following the reboot I recieved a message that said: Astaro User Authenticator (AUA) not running - restarted

When I tried to log in via the web interface it tells me Invalid username or password even though I know I am using the correct login and password.

I am not able to log in via shell since that is disabled so I did a factory reset of the box and reloaded my back up from last night and it still doing the exact same thing. As of now inbound and outbound traffic is working but I can not get into the box at all. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

Factory Default Password
This is the only "fatory default" password available. The idea is that if you have access to the physical unit then you are a trusted party (or security has already been compromised). If you have never set the root password through Webadmin or from this prompt, you will need to set one now. Enter root at the Login prompt and then ENTER for a password. It will prompt you to change the password.

I don't know my passwords, can I reset them?
No. This is not possible. If you do not have access to webadmin and you do not know your root password for console access, then you are locked out and a factory reset must be done. If a user calls in with this problem, have them try the steps for Factory Default Password above. If this fails, the user must reimage.

If I factory reset my AxG and restore a backup, won't I still be locked out? No. If you perform a factory reset, go through the initial setup and then restore a backup, then you will still be locked out of webadmin. You will have access to console with root. The root password is not stored in the configuration and therefor cannot be overwritten with a restore. Follow the Factory Default Password process to gain access to the console. You will be able to gain access to Webadmin once you reset the admin password. Once logged in as root, do the following:

cc
RAW
system_password_reset

Now, log into Webadmin, and you will be prompted for a new admin password.
