Restore config from HW appliance to Software

Hi:
One of my customers had a hw 120 device with a broken power supply, we are waiting for hw exchange and i'm trying to restore the appliance config to a Pc with 3 nics. just install a 7.402 and restore the config (from a 7.202 appliance), the machine comes up with the configured nics and IP but no webadmin interface.
Any help will be apreciated.

    What do you mean by "no webadmin"?  Do you mean your password doesn't work or that you don't even get the certificate warning or login screen?

    Those are pretty old software versions (7.202).  I would suggest loading the temp hardware with 7.202, not jump ahead 2 major updates to 7.4xx ...
