Converted Home License but part of it is expired now

Hello,

I tried to convert my home license to the new licensing model format but it seems that at least part of the process failed. [:(]

Right now the license subscriptions details say:

NetworkSecurity: ON - 04 Jul 2010 - 04 Jul 2011
WebSecurity: ON - 18 Jun 2007 - 19 Jun 2010
MailSecurity: ON - 18 Jun 2007 - 19 Jun 2010
StandardSupport: ON - 04 Jul 2010 - 04 Jul 2011
WebApplicationSecurity: ON - 04 Jul 2010 - 04 Jul 2011

So the license is not very usable right now without web and mail security.. [:S]

Probably some glitch in the conversion process... Just letting you know...

Jack Daniel apparently already investigated and posted a reply in this other thread to say that this issue has been fixed now. Just try using the "Renew" button on license management for your Upgraded (but 'date-dodgy') v8 home license.

Interestingly, my own (old v7) license has similar dates - perhaps the licensing server has some trouble processing the upgrades for these ones. This was my freshly upgraded license, before I applied the 'fix' with the Renew that Jack described.

So the "Renew-button" will appear some time before my licenses expire on 19 Dec 2010?

I just requested a new home license for my brother's firewall (moved him up to v8) and the home license on the Dashboard shows that he's lost essentially ALL firewall services (it says they require subscriptions)!

Yet, on the license details page, it has green check-boxes on everything the Home License is suppose to have.
