Cannot Get to Webadmin

Hello, I just finished installing Astaro and I'm trying to connect to webadmin. It says it is at https://192.168.2.100:4444/ but when I try to connect to it, firefox times out. I cannot ping it, and I cannot ping anything from the server. What is the problem here?

    lets try this scenario:
    modem
    astaro - WAN port is set to DHCP to get IP from modem
    astaro - LAN port is set to 192.168.1.1
    router - plugged into LAN port and set with IP address of 192.168.1.2
    computer - plugged into another LAN port and set with IP address of 192.168.1.100

    Ok, I've got it working by changing the gateway on the computer, but I cannot change it on my router.

    unless you change the IP address of the router you will not be able to access it.  the easier option at this point is to change the IP address of the Astaro to be 192.168.1.1 and then you will be able to reach the router on 192.168.1.150.  as long as the 2 devices have the same iP you will not be able to reach one or the other.

    I'm able to access both, I cannot change the Gateway on the router.

    can you post a screenshot of the router config page with all the options showing?

    Actually your easiest option is to get rid of the router.  Unless your using it for some specific purpose, it is unnecessary at this point.  Astaro does routing among other things.
     
    Internet---->Modem WAN port--->Astaro WAN Interface---->Astaro Lan Interface--->switch--->computers.
     
    If your hanging onto the old router because it does wireless, there should be a configuration option to change it from a router into a simple Access Point.  If you do this, you can just assign it an IP on the local LAN and not have all of these multi-subnet and double-NAT issues.

    while that would be the easiest, that is assuming he has gig interfaces on both the astaro and the client machine, if he doesnt have gig on both sides, it will require a crossover cable.

    Ok, I'll look into it, but I have some other problems like any https site has an invalid security certificate, I cannot update my wii, and netflix doesn't play.

    sounds like you enabled https proxy.

    you should disable all excess items and work on basic functionality first
