Cannot Get to Webadmin

Hello, I just finished installing Astaro and I'm trying to connect to webadmin. It says it is at https://192.168.2.100:4444/ but when I try to connect to it, firefox times out. I cannot ping it, and I cannot ping anything from the server. What is the problem here?

    if you are using the WAN port on your router, it explains why you are having so many difficulties.  you are double-natting.  set a static IP on the router (on the same subnet as your machine and the astaro box) and plug in the astaro box to a LAN port on that router...

    If I plug it into the LAN port then I can connect to the Astaro firewall, but not the internet. It also doesn't show up on the client list in my router. If I plug it into the WAN port then I can access the internet, but not the Astaro firewall. I have set it to static, but it doesn't even see the firewall as a client if I plug it in.

    if you have a static IP set on your router, you need to make sure the gateway is the astaro box.  the astaro box should be the gateway for all the clients on the LAN

    The gateway on the router is the astaro box, but on the computer the gateway is the router. I have attached a picture of my router WAN configuration, and what my computer's configuration is.

    based on your screenshots you need to stop and think about this:

    do NOT use the WAN port on your ROUTER to plug into the Astaro.  this causes EVERYTHING behind the router to be double-natted.

    your WAN configuration is wrong on the router, get rid of it.  set it to dhcp and unplug it, put a piece of tape over the port or something.

    it appears that the REAL IP address of the router is 192.168.1.1 based on the screenshot of your computer

    the ip address of the astaro is 192.168.2.100 unless you have made changes to that

    you are complicating things with your router.  ignore the routing abilities of it 
    give the router a static IP (ON THE LAN side of it) of 192.168.2.101 (or whatever IP you like)
    configure your machine with a static IP address of 192.168.2.200 (or whatever IP you like)
    make sure the astaro is the gateway for your machine

    Ok now I can connect to the internet and the astaro box. The gateways on my computer are 192.168.1.1, and 192.168.1.150 (I changed the astaro box to 192.168.1.150). I can no longer access my router though.

    you have 2 gateways on your computer?

    what did you set your router IP address to?

    you cannot have both the astaro AND the router using the same IP address....
