cannot join ASG 7.1 the domain

There are two common problems.  If the Astaro already was added manually to your domain or there is a device with the same name, the name must be removed.  If there is more than 5 minutes difference in the time on the Astaro and the DC, the join will fail.

Bob hit the common issues, but I see that your subject line says "7.1". If you are really running ASG 7.1, please update to current software before tackling this, there have been a lot of changes (including significant changes in authentication) in the past couple of years since 7.1 came out.

Minhquoc, you'll probably find it easier to reinstall your LAB device with the lastest version from ISO.

If you also have another ASG  in production on 7.1, and you don't want to lose your logs and or email quarantine, then you'll need to do the step-wise upgrade on it.  When you are ready to go from 7.20? to 7.300, you can have problems if you only have 512MB on the unit.  The solution is to upgerade to at least 1GB if possible, or, to temporarily disable things like dual-scan AV, IPS etc. until the Up2Date to 7.300 is complete.
