IMAP timeout / offline

Hi everybody,

since yesterday we are live with a ASG320/V7.5xx. Everthing works fine exept the IMAP mailaccounts.
We found no reason why the status in Outlook (2007) shows offline at several IMAP accounts [:@] + [:@]

We believe the must be a timeout, because the relevant account are
very big (>1.5GB). [:S]

Has some body got an idea what to do or to add in the ASG320 that the IMAP accounts are online everytime,
which they was before the firewall activation. There where no other changes made in the system....

  • In the packet filter log, do you see any blocked packets to/from your mailserver?
