Proper setup for external administration

I have an ASG install that I need to manage remotely, yet I am unable to access the WebAdmin from anywhere other than on the end user's LAN.

What is the proper way to setup the Administration Interface during the initial install that will allow this?

Hi, you can add any networks you need, in the Administration section of webadmin.

I have added the "External (WAN)" yet still connot access the WebAdmin except from inside the user's network.

There are no "Drops" in the Packet Filter Log.

External WAN is the local subnet between the firewall and ISP.

Try ANY or Internet.

Tried both ANY and Internet but still cannot gain access.

I use "WebSite Pulse" to test external access with my domain name and Public IP address over HTTPS port 4444. The connection just times out.

Figured it out!!!!!!
My ISP blocks Port 4444 along with 443.

I was gonna say change the default port... port 4444 is blocked by a few ISPs, apparently it was / is commonly used by a worm.
