Webadmin not accessible, auisys.plx not possible

I have a bad ASG-220 in Novosibirsk, no webadmin login possible, after entering username and password, the message "Please wait, logging in" appears but nothing happens.

So login with ssh, the system was downloading again and again version 7.500 update.
So i stopped this with a kill -9, deleted all update files and tried a audld.plx manually.

After fifth or sixth try, the file was downloaded and extracted from /var/up2date/sys to /var/up2date/sys-install.

After runnung auisys.plx with the following error:

I tried a tar tfz and got an error, too:

gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--crc error

What the hell is happening here? Can i copy the up2date package via scp? How to?

Most important is the webadmin access, the colleagues told me, also the proxy is not running correctly.

Oh and the partitions are not full, of course! ;-)

    I certainly don't have anywhere near your expertise in Linux, but something similar happened to me: https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/52/t/26875

    Also, you might check Article # 298242 (Up2date Troubleshooting) from the Astaro Knowledgebase.

    I wonder if the WebAdmin is non-responsive because the unit is too busy with an Up2Date?  What does top tell you?  If rebooting doesn't resolve the issue, have you considered a factory reset and then booting with an unencrypted backup on a USB stick?

    This is what I did on one of our devices (you need to rm any gpg files in /var/up2date/sys): 
    cd /var/up2date/sys

    wget ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ASG/v7/beta/u2d-sys-7.500.tgz.gpg

    auisys.plx --showdesc

    Then you can run the Up2Date from WebAdmin if you can get it back up.
