Command Line restore

I clicked when I should have clacked...  I need to restore my previous settings, however, now that I messed things up I am unable to get to the management GUI and only have access to the command line.  I found the back up files when I did the backup.plx -l and I do know that these are good backups.  I can not find any command line data to do the restore.  I would appreciate any assistance.

  • Usage: backup [ [-i ] | [-d ] | [-l] | [-o ] | [-p ]]
      -i      Imports the given backupfile.
-d      Asks for passphrase, decrypts the given backupfile and writes it to the current directory.
               -l      List available backups
-o      Write a unencrypted backup to outfile
-p      Print the given backupfile in a 'human readable' format
Without any arguments, backup sends an Auto-Backup to the configured recipients.
For an encrypted backup that would be "backup.plx -d "
