Recent Firmware Update Did Something Interesting

Hey,
I just installed the recent firmware update 7.302 I believe and I noticed that it completely rest my system. I has to configure the unit from scratch Hostname, EULA and all.

Anyone have any ideas why that could happen?

    thats strange because my upgrade didn't change that. i did perform reboot but that was normal for this update. have no idea why yours did change those details...

    Thanks for the response. The fact that this has never happened before is what made my jaw drop. I have opened a Ticket with Support just in case there is something that they can pass on although I doubt it very much.

    I am wondering if it could be related to the hardware that it is installed on or if there is something that has infected a machine on my LAN that could have caused it.

    Still hoping for some ideas.
