ASL 425 V7.104 frezze

Hi,
I have ASL 425, after update from V6 to V7.104, sometimes the box become freeze, during this time I can’t access Internet or Webadmin.
Please Help.

    Given that both of you are running ASG appliances, you should have Gold or Platinum maintenance on those units; try starting a support case with Astaro.

    Hello

    I regards on several customers of me the same Problem. The ASG 110 just freeze over night and had no response. I only could switch off and on the power . After this the FW does its work again.

    Is there a problem on 7.104?

    I hope there is a solution soon.

    Are your Astaro's set for failover to a backup link? If so, is that link DSL. Just curious as I have a similiar issue with my Astaros where they lockup during failover to DSL. What are the Kernel and System log entries right before the lockup?

    No, there are no failover. But I have now the information from astaro there is a bugfix anywhere for this problem. The bugfix will be include in V7.2. So I will wait  for V7.2

    What is the bugfix fixing? We have lots of 110/120 units, and the only time we have seen them freeze is on DSL PPPoe on Secondary link. Was there any other details on why your units would lock up?

    Im not sure about the reson. Because I did not find any reason in the logs. I only heard about the bugfix.
