After Upgrade on V7.005 Astaro crashed

I have a great problem.
I've upgraded a ASG 220 to V7.005.
After the upgrade i can't access the webadmin..
No SHH runs. The only way to access the ASG is with a serial connect.

This ASG is for a testing area.
The eth0 is reachable with the IP 192.168.2.100. But no Webadmin.
I had make a factory reset but always the same problem.

What should i do now?

I know it sounds stupid but are you sure that you are connecting to the webadmin via port 4444¿?

I couldn't figure out what to do, had same problem, but usually go in directly via the IP, so appending the 4444, did the trick!
