Unable to complete backend request ... after importing ASG 6 configuration

Hi,

after importing a backup from ASG 6 to ASG 7.005 i am unable to login to ASG 7 ! ASG says to me: "Unable to complete backend request. Please click Shift-Reload in your browser to attempt re-login"

My ASG 6 configuartion was low level with no "special things". The same error came on VMware.

What can I do ?

Same as in your other post. What versions of IE or firefox are you using?

Its not the browser. Using: MS IE6 or FF 2.04. A external login via the DSL-Interface does not work too.

I saw the same thing in a test install of 7.005 in VMWare. I rebooted the virtual machine and closed my browser. Once the reboot completed, I reopened my browser, connected to the Astaro VM and logged in fine.

I made x reboots but i can not log me in. The Problem was on vmware 1:1 the same.

Sodele - now I made a new backup with ALS 6.306 AND on:

System - WebAdmin Settings - Access and Authentication - Allowed Networks:
I delete other entries than "any". So that "any" has access to the WebAdmin Interface and not any other than "any" :-)

Now it works under vmware and i think it will work an real hardware
