okay here's the deal. got a motherboard that I thought was good. It had 2 onboard nics. The mobo was an asus a7n8x-e. with the nforce2 mcp. okay I installed v7, and everything was workin fine. well now the mobo isn't working. so I need to put my old hardware back in. but I already have all my firewall rules, etc setup again. and I don't feel like doing it again. With the old hardware, it boots up fine, but astaro just isn't detecting the nics. One is a linksys, and the other is a belkin. I think. I know they work, because I have used them for over a year, and they were working just fine a couple days ago when I was running v6. I have searched and searched, and just can't get the right string in there to get what I want. All I need to know is how I can change the nics without having to reinstall astaro. thanks!!
