i connected my gateway to a UPS but it does not see it
I have an APC Back-UPS 800 powering my ASG machine. The USB serial cable is connected between the two, and the ASG box automatically sends me an email notification every time a power outage begins or ends. The UPS features in ASG 6.3 works just fine as far as I can tell.
If your setup won't work, maybe you are using the wrong brand of UPS.
