ASG320 interface connections

It seems to me that interface eth0 from a ASG320 device must be used to internal connections as stated in the manual. However, does the same rule apllies to the other interfaces? Can I connect the internet to interface eth4 and DMZ to eth3 for example? Or do I need to connect any outside connections to eth1 and the DMZ to eth2?
Thank You
Pedro

  • Ahh yes.. they are totally flexible in how you use any / all of those ports.. the only thing to know is that after a factory reset, eth0 has the address 192.168.0.1 ...
