Problem with AV up2date

I have the following problem with the AV up2date:

 000 Pattern Up2Date: Started Pattern Up2Date
001 Checking the following pattern types:
002 - Kaspersky Virus Protection Pattern
003 Checking Authentication Servers ...
004 1 Authentication Server: 172.29.11.36
005 2 Authentication Server: 172.29.11.36
006 3 Authentication Server: 172.29.11.36
007 Authenticating for Kaspersky Virus Protection Pattern ...

After a few minutes the following happens:

 008 Pattern Up2Date: Connection error (Server 172.29.11.36:443, return code: 500)

After that the Up2Date process hangs. I have to reboot the firewall to start the process over again.

    Hi,

    I have no upstream proxy server configured. That should not be the problem I guess. 

    The output for aus --debug gives me no error messages. The system is looking voor net system up2dates, connects to the up2date servers correctly and sees there are no updates available. 

    This is the output of df -h:

    I did a test on a backupmachine. When I run the pattern up2date on that machine it connects to other IP's:

     008 1 Authentication Server: 80.237.220.201
    009 2 Authentication Server: 212.126.210.201
    010 3 Authentication Server: 216.167.31.83

    Where is the configuration of these IP's stored?

    I found the file where the IP's are stored:

    /etc/up2date/pattern/dynconf.ini

    I put the above IP's in this file and the problem was solved.

    Seems strange that the up2date would be looking for IPs that it was not configured for.
    Did this file not get updated or something? The only thing that I would be concerned about is that it will be overwritten at some time by the system. Maybe a backup is required.
    Very strange.
