Forcing change of address (DHCP)

Does anyone know how to force ASL to force a change of it's DHCP address? I do not own the DHCP server supplying the address to the external interface.

Some of the time, ISP's attach IP addresses by MAC...if you can spoof the MAC of the external interface it should change IP...

I cloned mine a while back to test something and have it back default. I did it with v5 and it worked well.
