Pattern Up2Datesubscription expired???

Hi,

I have bought virus-up2date for 3 years and yesterday my firewall started sending me 4 emails every hour:

2x [INFO-356] Pattern Up2Date failed: Authentication error.Trying another Authentication Server
Pattern Up2Date failed: Received authentication error ERR_a2. 
Trying another Authentication Server...

[CRIT-359] Pattern Up2Date failed: Received authenticationerror. Stopping Pattern Up2Date
Pattern Up2Date failed: Received authentication error ERR_a2. 
Stopping Pattern Up2Date.

[CRIT-364] Pattern Up2Date failed: Pattern Up2Datesubscription expired
Pattern Up2Date failed: Pattern Up2Date subscription expired.
Stopping Pattern Up2Date.

The firewall is only reachable via DnyDns and this does not
work since I received the first of these emails.
I'll try to contact someone who can have a look from the 
internal side.

Does someone have the same problem with the virus-up2date?
Should I reboot the firewall or should I wait for DynDns
to work again (maybe only a temporary problem?)?

    what version of ASL_V5 are you running , and do you still have  this problem ?

    oops sorry. Problem still occurs. I have Version 5.011.
    At this time I am not able to reach someone who's in
    front of the box...and DynDns does not work.

    Some more Information:
    The problem startet at 7.00pm I just had a look at the executive report:
    - The License usage graph is white siince 7pm (normaly it has a yellow background)
    - CPU Load was high at 7pm
    - memory usage startet to increase  from about 150MB (at 7pm) to about 400MB (at midnight). To me it seems that it is still increasing.
    - Traffic on lo went abrupt from 30k to 1k at 7pm 
    - Traffic on eth1 had a peak to 120k at 7pm a after that no traffic is shown (connections also)
    - Packet Filter violation seems to be normal

    Hi!

    I have the same/similar problem! Firewall stopped working at 18:47 yesterday! Since this point, the memory usage increased rapidly to the full 512MB and after that the swap filled up to the whole Gigabyte!! Network wasn't working and we had to reboot it manualy from the TTY...

    I've received nearly 60 mails, telling me that my NEW licence has expired...

    Symptoms are nearly the same as for sven's machine.

    - Licence usage graph was white from 18:47 to restart, too!
    - CPU Load doesn't show any peak
    - The traffic graphs are all empty! Even the old values are missing!
    - Packet Filter violation seems to be normal, too

    I'll attach a logfile excerpt from the hanging time.

    The problem is gone for now... Seems to work again!

    Nevertheless this should be solved!!

    thanks for the information. 
    I am very happy to drive to the ASL-Box and reboot
    it because no one in the office has the courage to do this.

    I am excited what the ASL guys say...

    this morning I found someone who rebooted the ASL-Box.
