Eth disables

Hi @All,

I yust have a IBM X305.
I installed ASL4.0. All fine.
But after enabling the 2.nd Eth (onboard)
all eth-Ports disable against outside.
Internal (Console) they are running with ping etc.

Has anyone a idea?

    Sorry been inexact.
    I just set up both cards in the same range.
    192.168.100.1 255.255.255.0
    192.168.100.2 255.255.255.0
    I did, because i want to check which eth-port belongs
    to which connector.

    Maybe one thing :
    When i set up the system new, i choised the Card with
    IRQ5 to bee the managing port.
    After starting the system again i got first access and
    the eth0 was set to IRQ7, which was the second card.
    I checked that twice to bee shure not to have set up the
    wrong card-port.

    Hi hubinger,

    NERVER setup 2 different ethernet cards within the SAME subnet !!!
    How should your firewall know where to route the packets ?!?!?

    Use as an example:
    192.168.100.1 255.255.255.0
    192.168.101.1 255.255.255.0
