Problems to establish PPPoE

I have a problem to configure pppoE.I turned my ADSL Zyxcel 642 Router to Brigde Mode and then i tried to configure the Internet Interface with pppoE.When i finished configure,in Menu Network - Interfaces - the Internet Interface loooks like

Parameters ????????/???????? and the Interface doesn't comes up.Why?
Any ideas whats wrong?

Is your zyxel a router or a modem?
if it's a router, you have ethernet between ASL and your zyxel, not PPPoE.

Hi Erik

Yes my Zyxel is a router Mod. 642R.My Problem is that i have only 8 Public IP Adresses.What else can i do to If i will use all IPs in my DMZ ?

Now i use 1 IP for the router 1 for ASL Internet Interface
In the second Subnet i use 1 IP for Dmz Interface and 1 for Webserver. So i loose 4 IPs for infrastruktur :-((

But i'am sure there is a better way! :-))

There is an ugly thing called 'proxy arp' ...
or try virtual interfaces and DNAT
