Is a PII333Mhz Enough?

Is a PII333mhz with 256 Megs of Ram enough power to run ASL 4.0? Or 3.2? Any help on this would be great.

I use a PII 400MHz with 384Mb ram and i use ASL 4.0 and i works great for me
