After reading this group, I am a bit afraid to make an Up2Date on some of my clients ASL boxes. The boxes has been running troublefree untill now. Telling a clients that I am about to make an update which *** up the box is not a smart thing to do.
Originally, I simply thought that it could be done with a few clicks in WebAdmin, but it seems that some users here have experienced that the ASL box frose and had to be rebooted (and hard boooted?).
This means that you can not rely on making a Up2Date from remote.
What are best practise to do a successfull Up2Date from a remote location?
