Feedback from ASL staff.

I've been thinking that ASL staff should perhaps post a little more on these forums.
Replies to emails to support@ would be appreciated too, (even if it's a "Sorry you haven't paid so no support").

I feel a lot of potential customers might be getting rather disgruntled on the long threads.

Some more feedback on next release info would be great too.  I feel you'll get a lot more paying customers by doing this.

I sent a support query with my power user license key and have yet to receive any response  [:(] 

Sometimes we feel lonely out here...
