UTM blockt gotowebinar

Hallo,

Kunde möchte gotowebinar benutzen. Leider blockt der Webproxy die Anwendung, man sieht aber im LiveLog nichts.
UTM = aktuelle Version.
SSL-Scanning ist aktiv.
Ich habe auch schon temp. eine Any--> Any-->Any Regel in der Firewall getestet. AUch nichts.

Also blockt der Webproxy etwas, was man aber nicht sieht.

Jemand schon einmal das gleiche Problem gehabt?

    If there's nothing in the Web Filtering log, then there are only two possibilities: either the traffic is not passing via the Proxy or only blocked accesses are being logged.  My guess is that antivirus scanning is causing the GotoWebinar server a problem.
