Onlinehilfe funktioniert nicht mehr....

Hallo,

seit dem Update auf UTM9.703-3 funktioniert bei mir die Onlinehilfe nicht mehr. Wenn ich auf das Fragezeichen drücke kommt das Login. 

Wenn ich mich dort Anmelde bin ich wieder auf der Startseite (Dashboard). Dies kann ich endlos wiederholen.

Auch noch dem Update auf 9.704-2 wurde das Problem nicht behoben.

Kann jemand helfen?

    Herzlich willkommen hier in der Community !

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    Was Steve's suspicion correct - this is a situation where SUM is in use?  If not, since you've already done a reboot (after the 9.704 Up2Date), you might be stuck taking several backups off the UTM and reloading it from scratch.  What does Sophos Support have to say about this?

    Or, was Ana's suggestion that a new pattern update fixed this?
