SG550 Factory Reset - alter Lizenzschlüssel wird nicht erkannt (Cannot use ASG software license...) ERROR

Hallo,

wir haben heute eine unserer beiden SG550 resetten müssen.
Nach dem anschließenden Boot und dem einrichten des Admin-Accounts kann min sich erfolgreich als admin amelden. (webinterface)

Leider wird nun direkt nach einem Lizenzschlüssel gefragt.
Eigentlich kein Problem, da wir ja einen haben. Dieser wird allerdings mit folgender Meldung nicht akzeptiert:


Cannot use ASG software license on SG550 device.

 

Wir sind uns sehr sicher dass es die richtige Lizenz ist.
Vielleicht kennt jemand das Fehlerbild bzw einen workaround.

 

Firmwarestand: 9.605-1

    (Sorry, my German-speaking brain isn't creating thoughts at the moment. [:(])

    You clearly do not have the correct license.  There are workarounds, but you first should check your MyUTM account or ask your reseller for a copy of the license that came with the 550.
