Password Change Sophos ID

I have a customer getting this error while trying to change password:

An error has occurred while trying to set a new password! Please try again later, or contact customercare@sophos.com by mentioning the following error tracking ID: d0237027-872f-4445-89fc-f32c32cc16c7

He has emailed customer care.

I'm hoping someone here can help.

Kay, this is a sub-forum of the UTM Community and I don't recognize that style of error message. You might need to ask this question elsewhere.

No worries, Bob. Today all is well. Sophos apparently was working on their web site.
