UTM stuck in up2date

Disable HA and update the Auxilliary device separately. Rejoin HA and that should do the job.

Can I simply deactivate HA?

After chosing to deactive HA, a message pops up and asks me if I'm sure, and tells me, that the slave-node will perform a factory reset and shut down afterwards.

We run into the same incident and we had to go to the customers' site to re-image the slave to 9.411. After the installation log into the slave and set the HA mode to "Automatic Configuration", the HA cluster will then re-built.

As suggested by Pebo in the previous answer, if the UTM does not boot up then you need to reimage the UTM on the latest version and then deploy it back into HA.
