UTM stuck in up2date

Hello,

 

I have two Sophos SG210 running as a cluster.

After one of the recent updates, one of the UTMs is stuck in up2date.

The display of the affected UTM also says "up2date".

The master UTM is running perfectly fine at v9.441-3.

 

At the web-Interface is seems like there is a update in Progress, but when I want to see the progress, only a blank window will open.

I've also tried to access the affected UTM through SSH, but I can't reach it.

 

 

Any solutions?

    Hi Christian

     

    We run into the same incident and we had to go to the customers' site to re-image the slave to 9.411. After the installation log into the slave and set the HA mode to "Automatic Configuration", the HA cluster will then re-built.
